1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping rates & estimates
We ship with DHL, FEDEX, UPSP or your local postal office. Which means that each order is shipped with Secured Priority Shipping!
It usually takes around 11-21 business days to be delivered depending on your location (Not including weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays due to couriers)
Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices.
Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, and Hong Kong (Whatever warehouse is closest to your location and have enough stock, we will ship from). We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard in the industry.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mysupersneaker™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
